Bradley Construction Water Leak Detection

We had an outstanding experience with Bradley and his Team. In mid-August 2025, we faced a significant leak in our underground water distribution system. The issue was difficult to detect, but despite the challenge and our last-minute call, Bradley and his Team responded promptly and resolved the problem immediately. They expertly rerouted a new pipe inside the existing one with minimal disruption and no loss of water pressure. Additionally, they left the area spotless and provided a detailed report for both our insurance and water supplier. Service, transparency, and expertise of this caliber are rare to find. Great service from Bradley and his team. The leak was difficult to detect and would have meant digging up numerous tiles to repair . Instead, they threaded a brand new pipe through the leaking pipe with minimal disruption and no lifted tiles which will also mean no more leaks in the old pipe . They also fitted 2 new valves one which was leaking and also a pressure relief valve to our water heater which had been omitted when it was originally installed. Even though they are busy they arrived the next day as promised and carried out the work to a high standard for a very reasonable price.

Called Brad as we had a leak as evidenced by the water meter. Even though a different well know leak detection company said we didn't even though the meter said otherwise. Sent two great lads out next day ( sorry can't remember their names). What a breath of fresh air they where. They where so diligent that they actually located 2 leaks. Such a stressful situation when this happens but the lads and Brad kept us fully informed on what was needed. I am convinced they went above and beyond. Any other company would have taken the easy way out and smashed through my floor, but not these. They dug down and went in under the house. Outcome...... leak fixed at what I consider a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Just hope I don't need them in the future 😉 As you can see you wouldn't know they had been.

Had Bradley and his boys round, absolutely brilliant. Come when was promised (actually a day early). Found the the leak, repaired retiled done and dusted. Cleaned up and wouldn't know they had been. Can't fault them. Would recommend them any day of the week. Thankyou Bradley and his team.

I had to leave a review for this company as they were so professional and fast with looking after a water leak on my property. I had an email from the water board to say that we could have a leak on the property. Well we did and I contacted Bradley construction straight away and he had a team with us the next morning. The two lads had their job cut out for them trying to find the leak but they did find it and end up finding another one in the process. They had to dig up a good part of our drive to find the leaks but made sure that they left the place the way they found it. The lads were great and I can't recommend these company anymore than being brilliant. Thank you Bradley Construction

Excellent service, used Bradley because of positive reviews online, we made a call, and a time was arranged for the following morning, a short while later Bradley called back because "the leak was playing on his mind" so he came immediately to fix it. During the heavy rainfall in March my wife informed me we had a leak, at first l suspected are roof terrace was the source of the leak but upon inspection the clear water from the leak made us think it was a burst pipe. We got the number of Bradley Construction from a neighbour who had a similar problem the guy's came out and using specialist equipment they identified the source of the leak and without haste repaired the leak before we encountered major water damage. I was so impressed by how professional the team were from start to finish, l would highly recommend this company for any issues you may encounter as prompt action limits any damage to your property. Had an emergency pipe leak, was round in a hour … work carried out to our satisfaction and at a fair and reasonable price. Really can recommend this company. Well done.

Had a bad water leak. Contacted the insurance company who sent a Spanish company round. They managed to make things worse then walked away leaving me in a mess. Called Bradley Contruction, the boss turned up within 1.5 hours. Assured me that it will be sorted out, the to his word, 2 of his lads arrived the following morning, a few hours later all was repaired and sorted out. Thanks Bradley

My 90 year old sister in law had a leak that no-one seemed to be able to find. They rang Bradley Construction and within an hour they were there. They fixed the leak and were incredibly efficient. A week went by and we couldn't contact said sister in law and because she had recently moved I had no idea how to get in touch with her.(I am in the UK) The only number I had was Bradley Construction. I reached out to Bradley and he was brilliant. He went over to her house and stayed some time with her fixing her phone. I was so relieved and very grateful to this man who went above and beyond.
